October 2010 Ministry Update

Dear friends,

Earlier this month, millions of Christians from all over the world prayed together in unity for the peace of Jerusalem! It is humbling to think that from our little office in Clarence, NY, a worldwide prayer initiative has been launched that includes over 183 nations. Thank you for your faithful support of the work of Eagles’ Wings! You and I together are raising up the largest Israel focused prayer movement in church history!!

Right before the global Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem, I had the privilege of traveling to Mexico City to represent Eagles’ Wings at an “Open Heavens” conference that was held there. In addition to teaching and leading worship, I was able to bring the message of the importance of standing with Israel to many leaders and believers.

This was significant because just one week after our team was ministering in Mexico City, the Day of Prayer was held. The people of Mexico City, led by Pastor Hugo Yanez, participated fully in the Day of Prayer… and I believe that things were changed permanently in that City!

Genesis 12 says that God will bless those who bless Israel, and He will curse those who curse Israel. Because of our work

together and the faithfulness of Leaders like Pastor Hugo, Mexico City is clearly a city that is blessing Israel! Please continue to pray with me for God’s full purposes to be released for this nation and her people.

As always, I am so thankful to each of you for your faithful support and prayers. As the EW team and I travel around the world, it is such a strength to me to know that you are standing with me.

I am praying for increased blessings on you in EVERY area of your lives!

Breakthrough in Mexico City!!!

As I am writing this I am on the way back from 4 days of ministry in Mexico City.   I am extremely tired physically, but VERY encouraged spiritually!!  The Lord moved mightily at the Open heaven’s conference with Pastor Hugo Yanez and many other leaders from Mexico who gathered together.  I was able to share the word several times and lead worship as well, representing Eagles’ Wings.   Here is a short video from Mexico City:

72 Hours of Worship and Prayer on the East Coast

We have been in the NYC region this past week for the annual Rosh Hashanah at the Eastern Gate conference… a conference that brings together churches, ministries, and houses of prayer from across the region for 72 hours of non stop worship and intercession.  There were over 20 different ministries represented this year and the time together was POWERFUL! August 2010 Ministry Update!

As always, the past month has been non-stop and September will be no different!

As you know, this past month I was able to represent Eagles’ Wings as part of a team that ministered in Quito, Ecuador. We arrived in the City on August 12th and began preparations for 2 nights of worship and a CD recording that would take place. Over the two nights, thousands came from across the city to worship together in unity!

I had the privilege of meeting Pastor David Sierra, the senior pastor of Bethlehem Church and the visionary behind the two nights of worship. It was so awesome to spend time with him and to see his heart for worship and for his nation! The Lord is raising up leaders like King David in this hour with true hearts of worship!

 

God has opened up the doors of Latin America for Eagles’ Wings as I will be traveling with another member of the EW team to Mexico City September 23-26. During our time there we will be speaking and leading worship at an “Open heavens” Conference and we are believing with the local leadership there for great, long term impact in Mexico City… a city that is plagued by violence and crime.

I want to specially thank all of my monthly supporters, prayer partners, and those that have given to the work of Eagles’ Wings this past month. It is such a blessing to be surrounded by so many whose partnership is allowing this ministry work to continue. I especially want to thank pastors Kevin and Cathy Stone, Pastors Shane and Jeannie Amar, and Pastors Dan and Sue Caldwell for their amazing friendship, encouragement, and support!

Remember, you and I together are impacting nations like Ecuador, Mexico, Israel, and the United States! Thank you for your continued prayers and support as we enter into the fall months  together!

Quito, Ecuador Video Update 8-15-10

Wow!  What a powerful trip it has been so far!  Thousands have come together to worship in the center of the city for the past 2 nights and there is more to come as we minister at the church service (which will be at the rented stadium) Sunday morning.  Thank you for all of your prayers!

Urgent Update, Ecuador Trip

As you know, in just a few hours I will be leaving for Quito, Ecuador for several days of ministry there. AS I am sitting here in the airport, I just received word that there has been a 6.9 magnitude earthquake centered just outside the city of Quito. It appears that there is no immediate damage, but please continue to cover this trip in prayer… for physical protection and safety for myself and our whole team.

6.9-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Ecuador

Published August 12, 2010

URGENT: QUITO, Ecuador -- A magnitude-6.9 earthquake has shaken the South American nation of Ecuador, but there are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

The 6:54 a.m. quake was felt in the nation's capital, Quito.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake was centered 106 miles southeast of Quito. But it was also very deep -- about 114 miles below the surface.

August 4th from The Bronx, NYC

This past weekend several from the Eagles' Wings team and I went to New York City to lead worship for the Bronx House of Prayer 10th anniversary banquet.  There is an amazingly healthy and cutting edge movement of unified prayer and action in the Bronx that regularly gathers over 50 churches together.  Over the past 12 years, Eagles' Wings has had a role in helping to see this movement develop and grow.  Thank you to all that have supported the work of Eagles' Wings through your giving and prayers!  You are building a unified movement in New York City!

July 2010 Ministry Update

I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on what we have been up to and also some of the things that will be coming up in the coming weeks:

East Coast Leadership Conference 2010, Washington DC

Bringing together hundreds of believers this month, the East Coast Leadership Conference focused on teaching about the Kingdom of God. As the corporate Body of Christ prayed, declared, and worshipped together, there was a strong sense that the Kingdom of God was being established over our nation’s capital! Read More

Quito, Ecuador in August!

In just a few weeks, I will be traveling to Ecuador to represent EW as part of an international worship team assembled by Integrity music. We will leading times of worship, ministering to the people, and bringing the important message of standing in support of Israel! Please keep me covered in prayer during this time!

To my personal support and prayer team: without your support, many of the initiatives listed about would not be taking place! Together this summer, we have impacted young lives, changed our Nation’s capital, and are bringing the word of the Lord to the country of Ecuador!!! High School Summer Leadership Program!

Hey everyone, and welcome to my first Blog post!     The summer is passing by quickly and I wanted to update you on one of the things that we have been doing here at EW:  the Summer Discipleship Program.

How awesome is this???!!!!  12 teenagers volunteering to help paint a church that did not have the resources to do it themselves!

From street ministry to the homeless, service projects, and worship and prayer training, this intensive three weeks has directly impacted hundreds of young people over the past 6 years!
